Management Strategy And Structure
Management strategy and structure is based on teamwork within AJ Security and this is reflected in the relationship we share with our customers. We believe in an open door policy with our staff and our customers who are able to gain direct access to senior management on any issue. Good communications is an essential ingredient of AJ Security's business philosophy and allows us to respond effectively and efficiently to any security requirement.
Training
Training is undertaken by senior management to standards which are recognised throughout the industry. The induction course is comprehensive and we cover, where possible, continuation training on-site to refresh officers' skills. Certain customers require specific training and we are able to undertake this by prior arrangement.
